  1. You will be asked for the type of account and the account number that you wish to access, so be sure to have this information available.
  2. You will then be asked for your PIN (Personal Identification Number).
  3. After entering your PIN, you can receive automated information about your account.
  4. If you wish to check more than one account or make a transaction, simply follow the prompts. It's as easy as that!

About Your PIN(s):

Each account you have with Benchmark will require the establishment of a PIN. You may choose the same PIN for all accounts or choose a different one for each account.

Initially, your PIN(s) will be the last four (4) digits of the primary owner's Social Security Number. You will then need to select a new secret four-digit PIN of your own choosing and one that you can easily remember.
