Automated Clearing House (ACH) Origination

Positive Pay

Positive Pay is an affordable and practical fraud detection tool designed to shield your hard-earned funds from forged, altered, or counterfeit checks as well as ACH transactions. The system matches the transaction information presented for payment against a list of those previously authorized and issued by your company. Any that do not match this authorized list are kicked out as an exception that you must decide whether to approve payment of the item or return it based on your own research of that item.

Using Positive Pay will immediately bring attention to any fraudulent items that are being presented for payment. Notifications will appear once you log into eBanking for Business, and alerts may also be sent via e-mail or SMS (text) messages.

This mobile app offers self-service functions that put you in control of when and how you use your Benchmark Visa^® Business debit and/or credit card:

• Prevent unauthorized use by turning your card on/off.
