Here's how it works:
- You will be asked for the type of account and the account number that you wish to access, so be sure to have this information available.
- You will then be asked for your PIN (Personal Identification Number).
- After entering your PIN, you can receive automated information about your account.
- If you wish to check more than one account or make a transaction, simply follow the prompts. It's as easy as that!
About Your PIN(s):
Each account you have with Benchmark will require the establishment of a PIN. You may choose the same PIN for all accounts or choose a different one for each account.
Initially, your PIN(s) will be the last four (4) digits of the primary owner's Social Security Number. You will then need to select a new secret four-digit PIN of your own choosing and one that you can easily remember.
